PLANT AN HERB GARDEN
Planting an herb garden is not only fun and educational but a healthy activities that will last well beyong planting day. Choose herbs your family loves and add a few new ones. Some favorites are basil, mint, rosemary and thyme. Once your herbs are growing you can have even the youngest of children break the leaves up to go into your favorite recipes. Children are more likely to eat a new food if they have a hand in making it. Happy planting.
